Director of Development
Carla S. Bryant graduated magna cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a master’s degree in Organizational Development and graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising. She has a diverse work experience in development, human capital strategy, marketing and education. Carla recently served as the Director of Development for Palm Beach Dramaworks and raised over one million dollars while the theatre remained closed due to the pandemic. She also supported the development office of the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts during its inaugural year. As a federal government contractor in Washington DC, she obtained several multimillion-dollar contracts by utilizing strategic business development practices to support federal agencies. Carla has served as a director on several arts and national boards including the Burt Reynolds Institute for Theatre Training, Florida Stage, Caldwell Theatre and the National Girl Scouts of the USA, engaging in a variety of fundraising initiatives. She currently serves on the City of West Palm Beach Planning Board.
