Digital Art and Animation
Students will manipulate images and use the elements of design and composition to develop their own style by using digital photography, hand drawing, a flatbed scanner, and Photoshop. Students applying to specific high schools with media programs will have the opportunity to practice the requisite skills. **Students must bring a personal USB to class.**
Applicable for rising grades 9-12.

David Valenzi graduated from Lynn University with an MFA in Visual Effects in 2017. He is a practicing digital and traditional artist, working with 2D and 3D animation, graphic design, and video editing, as well as traditional drawing and watercolors. He is an avid consumer of electronic media and brings this knowledge to both his art and his teaching. Dave has a passion for education and loves teaching students of all age and skill levels, from school children to adults.
