Pattern Making/Draping 101
Learn how clothing is sculpted to fit the body from darts to princess seams. Students will be introduced to the pattern making technique called draping as well as flat pattern making. Along the way we will make a pattern and create a garment. A basic understanding of sewing is required.
CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE TEXTILES & FIBER STUDIO
Masks must be worn at all times on campus and during classes; temperature checks are required before entering class/open studio.

Pamela Tatti is a designer, seamstress and teacher. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in apparel design and a concentration in eveningwear. Constructing couture pieces has always been her passion. Since 2015 she has concentrated on using recycled textiles in her personal collections and hopes to inspire others to support our environment in their own way.
