In collaboration with Grassy Waters Conservancy, this exhibit will feature images from amateur photographers, showcasing locations and wildlife at Grassy Waters Preserve in West Palm Beach. Contestants could capture images using any photographic device, including traditional cameras and smartphones. Contest winners were identified in four categories, plus a youth category, by a panel of professional photographers and Preserve and Conservancy staff members. The contest also included a “People’s Choice” award, allowing the community to vote for their favorites online.

“Palm Beach County is home to many diverse ecosystems,” said Dr. Tom Pearson, CEO. “For years, the iconic Preserve has inspired many people, including artists. We hope this exhibition will inspire guests to take action and help protect Florida’s precious wild places.”
