Deborah LaFogg

Deborah LaFogg majored in advertising and illustration in college and graduated with honors. She enjoys working in oils, acrylics, and pastels, painting from nature and in nature. Deborah has studied with world renowned artists; Hall of Fame/Master Pastelist Doug Dawson and the late Maggie Price Master Circle winner and past President of the International Association of Pastel Societies. In June 2011 she received the Masters Circle Award from the International Association of Pastel Societies and LaFogg is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and several other arts organizations. She has shown around the country and has been published in many newspapers and magazines including Wildlife Art Magazine, Wildscape Magazine located in the UK and Southwest and Wildlife art magazine online. Deborah has also illustrated a childrens book called “Woodrat Jill” with part of the proceeds going to preserve habitat for the endangered Key Largo Woodrat.
