We look forward to developing your next private class experience or private small group class.

*Each private session is 1 hour at $60 per session.
Register for as many sessions as you would like.

*Private small group class fees vary according to class. Each class has a minimum of 6 students.

ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE

The Armory’s Artists-in-Residence Program fosters creative, intellectual, and professional growth for emerging and established visual artists. Residents have access to high-quality facilities and studio time, free from everyday pressures. Residents can pursue interdisciplinary projects among a community of working artists and gain feedback from prominent Visiting Artists and Department Directors. The Armory setting is specifically crafted to aid artists in the production of their work while educating them on the skills needed to be an incredible teaching artist and the understanding of how a department is organized and run professionally and successfully. The residency is designed to allow artists to take risks and pursue new projects and ideas. Residents will receive a studio, art exhibition, monthly stipend, and additional payment for teaching classes above those required as part of the program. SPECIAL PROGRAMS

The BraveHeARTS program promotes the rehabilitation of military service veterans through visual arts and the power of creative expression. This program began in April 2018 to assist military veterans from the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach. The program builds self-esteem, nurtures talent, and promotes the development of new skills through the visual arts. Additionally, the organization helps veterans to be present and improve dexterity. Also, the BraveHeARTS Program strives to instill a sense of accomplishment in each veteran and encourage each to learn new skills. The Armory Art Center is proud to actively support these brave women and men.  Veterans re-discover strengths while using community resources.
