EXHIBITIONS | ON DISPLAY

Between Form and Feeling
Heather Couch, Renée Rey and Terre Rybovich
Montgomery Hall + Greenfield Gallery

Exhibiting together for a second time, three Florida-based artists—Heather Couch, Renée Rey, and Terre Rybovich—explore the instinctive pull of body, material, and myth. In Between Form and Feeling, they dive deeper into their shared interest in intuition, transformation, and the unseen forces that shape us.

Through tactile sculpture, ethereal painting, and embodied drawing, the artists ask: What emerges when you surrender to process, trust your materials, and follow what can’t be explained?

Exhibition: September 2–October 25, 2025
Reception: September 18, 2025 | Free

Past the Eyes
Kandy G. Lopez
Montgomery Hall + Greenfield Gallery

Past the Eyes” is an evocative exploration of perception, memory, and the unseen narratives that reside beyond immediate vision. This exhibition invites viewers to consider what lies beneath the surface of observation—challenging the boundaries between what is seen and what is truly understood.

Through a diverse array of mediums and perspectives, the featured artists interrogate the act of looking itself. Their works serve as portals, urging audiences to move beyond passive viewing and engage with the deeper currents of emotion, history, and imagination that inform our experiences. Each piece acts as both a mirror and a window, reflecting personal and collective truths while offering glimpses into hidden realms.

By traversing the space “past the eyes,” this exhibition seeks to foster a dialogue about presence, awareness, and the profound connections that emerge when we dare to look beyond appearances. In doing so, it invites all who enter to reconsider the power of sight and the stories that await discovery just beyond the threshold of vision.

Exhibition: November 3 – December 29, 2025
Reception: November 20, 2025 | Free

Full Circle

Full Circle, Circles are universal symbols of perpetual motion, balance, and renewal. Nature provides tree rings and seasonal cycles. In Full Circle, artists create work depicting subjects with a circular form, or exploring symbolism, metaphor, or traditions expanding the basic circle. UPCOMING EXHIBITION EVENTS

WORKSHOP: Kandy G. Lopez | Painting with Textiles and Fiber
Saturday, November 22nd, at 10:30 – 12:30pm

(Kandy G Lopez) As an afro Caribbean American female, there weren’t many examples of possible career paths. I didn’t have a mentor that looked like me. I was however fortunate to have parents that supported my artistic drive and teachers that saw the determination in me. I became a teacher to become a mentor; to be an example of otherness in a career path which lacks representation of POCs. This is another reason why I also create art – to have examples for the future POC artists besides Tanner and Basquiat. Not only is it important for my career to exhibit but also to foster an educational component within diverse communities. For this exhibition, I would love to have a workshop component. This would allow the visitors to not only see my work but also interact with a real person/artist.

The workshop will focus on imagery and experimentation of materials. We will be using plastic canvas and thread, and it does not need to be figurative. I have been teaching for 15+ years now, and it’s important to keep a few parameters open for self/artistic discovery.

$25 per person all proceeds will support exhibitions | Registration is required.
