Armory Art Center

The Armory Art Center invites you to consider our artful facility to host your events. Located in a historic Art Deco building, the Armory Art Center provides an artistic environment for your events. The Armory Art Center is home to 3 galleries, sculpture gardens, a kitchen, an outdoor courtyard, and plentiful parking.

Please note that due to our exciting restoration project, rental requests are being considered on a case by case basis and ability is limited. Feel free to fill out the informational form and we will get back to you.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Sales Taxes will be added to all Rentals. The 50% deposit required at booking is refundable, up to two weeks prior to the event. A security deposit of $250 is also required for all rentals. The security deposit will be refunded within 15 business days after the event provided the space is returned in a reasonable condition or additional cleaning fees will apply. The final balance of the facility use fee is due one (1) week prior to the event. All fees are subject to change prior to the signing of the Facility Rental Agreement. 501(c) (3) Tax-Exempt nonprofit organizations are eligible for a 10% discount off the standard rate.
