Summer Art Camp
Join us for an unforgettable summer of creativity at the Armory Art Center! Back and better than ever, our 2026 Summer Art Camps invite young artists to explore the globe through art, discovering cultures, traditions, and creative practices from around the world. Led by professional teaching artists in our well-equipped studios, campers will enjoy an educational, hands-on experience designed to inspire curiosity, confidence, and creative growth. Aftercare is also available again this year to accommodate all schedules.

• Passport to Oceania
• Rhythms of the Caribbean
• Brushstrokes of East Asia
• Stories of Sub-Saharan Africa
• Legends of Central Europe
Camp Offerings by Age: Weekly and bi-weekly sessions
Preschool (Ages 3–5) | An introduction to art through playful exploration, movement, and hands-on making.
Cultural Art Camp (Ages 5–12) | Sessions exploring global art traditions through drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media. Plus, Each two-week session concludes with a Mini Art Show on the final Friday from 2:30–3:00 PM, featuring camper artwork and light snacks for families.
Teen Intensives (Ages 13–17) | Focused studio experiences in portfolio development, ceramics, drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, textiles, screenprinting, and jewelry.

Venue
The Armory Art Center campus facilities include three buildings dedicated to art classes, a sculpture garden, and an interior tented courtyard.
The Armory Art Center provides art classes for students of all ages, exhibitions, art salons, lectures, and special events. Nearly 100 courses held in 12 state-of-the-art studios are offered including
- ceramics, photography & digital media, drawing, jewelry, painting, printmaking, textiles & fiber, and sculpture.
- Youth art classes and summer art camps are offered.
- Various exhibitions are hosted throughout the year in three galleries.
- The campus, located at 811 Park Place, West Palm Beach, at the south end of Howard Park, includes three buildings—the two former Palm Beach County National Guard Armory buildings and the Young Artists Studio Facility.
