EXHIBITION
In the SUPPER gallery Bread and Butter by Ashleigh Walters will fill the walls with art that explores the deep, multi-faceted role that food plays in our lives: not only as sustenance and nutrition, but also as a vessel for memory, identity, healing, and connection. Through diverse media and storytelling, I explore how food connects with your personal emotional landscape: the comfort of a childhood meal, the ritual of a shared table, the complexities of nourishment, and the sensory triggers that bring the past racing back. Food is a common thread that binds us across cultures and across time, and it can also be a chasm of harsh disparity for neighbors who live just feet or miles apart. This show invites you to reflect on your own personal food narratives, and consider how something as everyday as a bite to eat can hold extraordinary meaning.
East Gallery will showcase TABLE and TOOLS a juried exhibit of works that exude anything you can use to make food or set a table.
Artwork is available for sale but may not be taken until the end of the exhibition run.

Deborah Morgan CEO of Palm Beach Harvest oversees a community-based organization of volunteers who collect and transport surplus food to non-profit distribution centers throughout Palm Beach County. Palm Beach Harvest utilizes volunteers who donate their time to rescue over seven million pounds of food every year and feeds people with acquired surplus, as well as food grown or sold at wholesale or retail. Any food not utilized during the event will be rescued and distributed after the event.
FOOD
Family-style dining is crucial to this event because it fosters connection, encourages conversation, promotes healthy habits, and offers cost/logistical benefits, creating a warm, communal atmosphere that encourages deeper engagement with the cause, unlike formal plated meals or chaotic buffets, while also reducing waste. It helps everyone feel like part of a family, sharing food and stories, which builds emotional bonds with the organization and its mission, leading to more generosity.
Enjoy a family style meal created by our some of our local restaurants while supporting and embracing great community change makers!
We can’t wait to see you!
