Old Armory Restoration Launched
The restoration of the Old Armory building has begun. The organization began the renovation project with generous support from the Florida Department of State Division of Historic Resources and the Armory Art Center Board of Directors in May 2023. The restoration of the 1939 Art Deco building exterior is the focus of the project’s initial phase.
The restoration includes a new roof, windows, doors, HVAC, and security systems. Look for more updates on the restoration in the coming weeks.
